Things are changing at The Communications Lab – we’ve got a new name, a new look, and even some great new products. Say hello to People Lab!
We believe that engaged people make workplaces better for everyone: employees, customers, businesses and society. With this emphasis on people, it made sense for us change our name to People Lab. We think this better communicates who we are and what we do. We work with companies to create long term, sustainable, positive change using transformational engagement. We do this by focusing on the positive psychology of engagement: we know that positive, engaged employees are much higher performing, which in turn creates high performing organisations.
