We launched our research, ‘SpotlightOn’ Employee Engagement, back in 2016, to understand the ‘employee engagement gap’. This refers to the lack of improvement in employee engagement globally, despite an increased focus. Our research aimed to find out why the gap occurs and what we can do to close it.
In 2018, we had more people take part than ever before; practitioners from across the globe, from different sectors and business areas. However, the majority of practitioners work in either HR or Internal Comms. So, we wanted to share further insight and resources relevant to these professions.
We’ve created the #Spotlight Mini ‘HR edition‘ and #Spotlight Mini ‘IC edition’, to do just this.
Each report shares specific HR, or Comms insight, outlines issues relevant to them and includes links to free resources to help address them.
