As a reminder there are two fundamental parts to the model:
  1. Universal themes – common themes across the data analysed 

And

  1. Individual differences – whilst the research uncovered universal themes of what makes an experience great, there are also individual differences. It’s critical to ensure these differences are not ignored if you want to genuinely understand how to improve EX and facilitate engagement.
