It’s been another busy month for The EX Space – with more live events, lots of new content, and even a brand new library area!

1. New EX Masters courses added and ready to launch!
We added TWO new courses – both ready to launch in the coming weeks. Starting with our brilliant EX Fundamentals (starting 6th November), which has already received excellent feedback, followed by the first cohort for The EX Architect (kicking off on the 13th November). Our bitesize ‘IC by Design’ course was the latest to be added – but there’s plenty more in the pipeline and we’ve been asking members what they most want to see on the site, so we can make sure we continue to cater to the needs of our community
3. Brilliant live events – including some very special guests!
As well as monthly onboarding sessions, EX Clinics, and various webinars, we’ve also had some very special guests join us this month – Nick Court and Rob Robson joined us to talk about the 2023 EX Report, Advita Patel came to talk about navigating inclusivity in organisational culture and Perry Timms joined our very first book club discussion to talk about his best-selling book ‘The Energized Workplace‘.
And we’ve got some excellent people lined up for November too – leading commentator on the world of work, Bruce Daisley will join us on 6th November to talk about how to best enjoy work in the hybrid era, and Riffat Ahmed will be sharing the Bupa case study about how they enabled digital technology and AI to create delightful employee experience journeys
