At People Lab and the EX Space we’re on a mission to improve the world of work. But the latest figures on the state of EX and employee engagement make for a depressing read. In short, we’re a long way from where we want to be. There are some green shoots beginning to appear though, with market analysts predicting the EX market is set to boom.
This is not an unfamiliar story, we’ve seen this play out over the last 20 years with employee engagement and despite huge investment this didn’t translate into the scale of change we wanted to see. We can’t allow this to happen again.
