Everybody is talking about employee personas. Or at least they were at our recent personas webinar, brought to you by The EX Space. We had so many questions we couldn’t fit them all in and had to record a separate video to answer them all! Personas really come into their own when we move away from the more traditionally ‘demographic’ based personas to those which are behavioural and grounded to evidence based research.
