It’s time to unlock the power of personas with the latest ‘Bitesize’ course on The EX Space

Do you want to know how to get started with employee personas and use them to spark a more people-centric approach to employee experience inside your organisation?

The EX Space’s brand new Bitesize course, ‘Getting Started with Employee Personas’, has been designed to do exactly that – and it’s now available exclusively to EX Space Practitioner and Professional members.

The latest addition to the growing learning suite, includes a fast-paced video module to help you understand what behavioural personas are and why they are such an important part of the EX toolkit, as well as equipping you to be able to create your own.  It has been designed and delivered by People Lab founder and EX Space co-founder, Emma Bridger, and is illustrated with real world examples, so you can see how they work in practice, as well as understanding the theory.

All of the Bitesize courses offer flexible, self-paced learning and have been designed to fit into busy schedules. Each one is broken down into a series of short, digestible video-based lessons. Together with self-complete exercises and templates, additional resources and further reading, they allow you to dive into each topic as deeply as you wish and put your learning to use straight away.

When developed in the right way, employee personas are a powerful tool for developing empathy and really understanding the people we are designing experiences for. They help us step into the shoes of employees and can be used in all sorts of ways – to develop EX strategies, to understand experiences from different perspectives, to overcome bias, create the right solutions, and even to engage senior stakeholders.

If you haven’t already signed up for The EX Space, there’s still time to benefit from our ‘super early bird’ pricing and bag your first year of membership for half the standard price – currently just £750 for our mid-level EX Practitioner package and £1,500 for our all-you-can-eat EX Professional membership.  Find out more here – or why not take a tour?
