As we step into 2025, I find myself energized by the opportunities that lie ahead. 2024 was a year that underscored the importance of building and nurturing relationships. From book launches to workshops, I was reminded time and again of the magic that happens when people come together.

One of the ways we’ll be doing this is through live events and masterclasses. I’m thrilled to announce some key moments already shaping up in our calendar. For me, connection is about more than just being in the same room. It’s about fostering trust, sharing ideas, and creating moments of collaboration that inspire action. Whether it’s a heartfelt conversation over coffee or a brainstorm via Zoom, these interactions release oxytocin—the bonding hormone that’s vital for our well-being.
In a world where loneliness is increasingly recognised as a public health concern, I’m committed to creating spaces that encourage connection, not just for the sake of productivity, but because it’s essential for our collective health and happiness.
