Discover how to design your employee experience / engagement strategy today

In our recent EX Report research, one of the key themes to emerge was the requirement for a more strategic approach to employee experience and employee engagement.

Over half of the respondents cited developing their strategy as a key priority (55%). At the same time  developing an EX/EE strategy was also cited as a top challenge. Interestingly ‘securing resources and budget’ and ‘winning senior level buy-in’ were also cited as key challenges. This finding is unsurprising, given that senior leaders are unlikely to treat EX as the strategic priority it should be, without a clear purpose, strategy or blueprint.

Our research found that just 21% say that they have an EX or engagement strategy in place.

Your EX strategy provides a blueprint for everything else that follows. It should outline your definition, your goals, the desired outcomes and impact on your organisation, your plan, your measures and more. Your strategy will help ensure your approach is proactive rather than reactive, and that your plan is joined up and more likely to drive transformational change.

But where do you start?

To get you started you can download our guide to developing your strategy. And then sign up to our EX Architect Masterclass which launches on 13th November. This masterclass will enable you to develop your ‘blueprint’ for EX and engagement. You’ll look at setting your strategy, mapping the end-to-end EX and employee journey, as well as how to make your case for change and demonstrate your impact. Working at your own pace, but as part of a small global peer group, you’ll learn how to establish your EX strategy, hardwire it to your organisation’s goals, deliver transformational change and win over senior stakeholders by demonstrating your impact in the right way.  You can find out more here.

At the end of this course you’ll be able to:
  • Develop an effective EX/engagement strategy which aligns with your organisation’s strategy
  • Design and build an EX function in your organisation.
  • Identify some quick wins to improve the employee experience and engagement
  • Make the case for change to your stakeholders
  • Know what to measure to evidence your impact
