We’re really passionate about employee engagement and internal communications. It’s really great to see so many up and coming communicators who are sure to make it big in the world of comms.

It’s also a very inspiring time, and always makes us  think about how we communicate with our clients, customers, and colleagues. At People Lab, we’re passionate about the power of good communication in organisations of all shapes and sizes.  We love to evaluate our own communication, and there’s nothing better than getting feedback on how we can deliver even better communication and employee engagement.

The IoIC President Suzanne Peck was ‘nicely surprised’ by the response to the competition: “We continue to see people starting work in IC from diverse backgrounds. What binds them is a passion for communication, whether it be a love of the creative skills, the power of social media, or of being part of a team that’s engaging employees.”

Congratulations once again to the 30 under 30 – I’m sure we’ll have the pleasure of meeting some of you along the way!
