People Lab exists for one reason: to make work a more positive experience for everyone.
We do this by inspiring organisations to treat people better, and empowering leaders to make positive change. We do it by encouraging everyone to fight back against the status quo of toxic workplaces. Because we believe happy people work harder. And to us, that sounds like a win-win.
When I started People Lab all those years ago, I was mindful that not everyone has the budget, or remit, to bring in outside help. And of course there are lots of you who want to do this for yourselves: a ‘teach me to fish’ mindset, which I love. For this reason we have written and shared 100s, no 1000s of blogs, resources, case studies and tools over the years. And they are all free and accessible to everyone. But until now many of them were buried deep in the pages of our website and not particularly quick and easy to find.
So I am delighted to let you know, that on our new People Lab website, we have a brilliant new search function. You can literally search any topic, and you’ll get results for anything we have published relating to it.
Want to find out about metrics? Search on this and you’ll get 16 blogs and resources that will help.
Interested in finding out how designing thinking could help you? A quick search throws up over 50 blogs, podcasts, and resources on the subject! You get the picture!
Being a Brit, I’m usually pretty modest about… well everything! But I’m going to break the habit of a lifetime, and say there are lots of really great resources on our website, that are well worth a look. So what are you waiting for? Get searching today! And if there is something you want to know more about and can’t find on our site, drop me a line and we’ll take action.
