Employee Engagement Fundamentals
Starting in September and October, you can join us for one or both parts of our two-part course, depending on where you are on your EE journey
Despite an increased focus on employee engagement over the last decade, many organisations still struggle to engage their people – and the latest research shows that global EE declined for the first time in years.
So where are we going wrong? People Lab research shows that organisations often struggle to define what engagement means to them, and very few have an engagement strategy in place. So we developed our Employee Engagement Fundamentals programme to address this, giving you everything you need to make a positive difference to employee engagement in your organisation.
- Part one – Nailing the foundations of employee engagement
Tuesday 27th September : 09.30-12.30 - Part two – Developing your strategy and measuring success
Tuesday 11th October : 09.30-12.30
Sign up for one part, or join us for both at a discounted price.
