We want to do what we can to help and support our network and friends, so remember our inboxes our open if you ever need to talk. We’ve also pulled together some wellbeing resources below, which may help you, or those around you to navigate the days and weeks ahead.

Building resilience

Resilience is our superpower and it’s so important for our wellbeing. In this video recorded during the first lockdown, we look at what we can do to help build resilience. We share some immediate recovery strategies, and talk about how to develop and build mastery too.
