What advice would you give to someone looking to develop a brilliant Employee Experience (EX)?

Back in 2018, we launched our ‘Employee Engagement Knowledge Exchange’ ebook. The response was fantastic; it’s one of our most popular downloads ever – and has been shared and read all over the world!

The best part was that it was made up of insightful, practical guidance and advice from the true experts – people championing employee engagement every day at work.

Let’s talk about experience

Employee experience is gaining interest and attention, and some commentators are asking if it should replace employee engagement. Unsurprisingly, our answer to this question is no! Put simply, if we get the employee experience right, employees are more likely to be engaged.

But, we know that many practitioners are overwhelmed with the prospect of delivering a brilliant employee experience. So, we wanted to tap into our network once again and ask you for your thoughts on how to develop a brilliant employee experience.

We want to help practitioners, and what better place to start than by asking you for your top tips, guidance and advice.

We would love hear your thoughts on:

  • What do you think makes a great employee experience?
  • What’s your top tip for creating and delivering a brilliant EX?
  • What is the most important skill that you need to have, as a practitioner working in employee experience?
  • What advice would you give to someone looking to get into the field of EX, or what do you wish you’d known when you first started?

We’d love you to send us your contributions.

If you’re interested and would like to be featured in our ebook – either accredited or anomalously, then please contact us answering any, or all, of the questions above. To get in touch, email us at info@peoplelab.co.uk, comment on this post, or tweet us @peoplelab_
