2019 #SpotlightOn – Are we getting better at engaging our people? We want to hear from you!
Our annual ‘Spotlight on Employee Engagement’ research asks practitioners and experts in the field to share their thoughts on the world of employee engagement – and last year we saw the first small shoots of progress, observing improvements across nearly all areas of employee engagement practice.
Our findings seemed to correlate with trends in global employee engagement. In 2018, AON reported global engagement at 65%, compared to 63% the previous year.
In 2018 you told us that:
- Managers and stakeholders now have a better understanding of engagement, and are more likely to support the need to focus on it.
- The numbers of those with formal responsibility for engagement increased, as well as budgets.
- More companies have a definition for engagement as well as an engagement strategy.
We’re really interested to find out if these improvements have continued on an upward trajectory – which is where you come in….
We want to hear from you!
If you would you like to hear about the latest employee engagement trends, insights and practice, then get involved, have your say and be one of the first to receive the report.
