Jacqui Minto

J9-webI’m a commercially focused HR, Talent & Development and Organisational Development specialist with a track record of leading successful business change and improved organisational performance in both large and small organisations.

I’ve worked in numerous roles within HR over the past 18 years, working with employees at all levels of an organisation, from board members through to front line employees, ensuring people initiatives implement, compliment and support the business strategy.

My specific areas of expertise are Change Management, Performance Management – including the development and implementation of Competency Frameworks, Project Management, Coaching, facilitation and Psychometric Testing.

I’ve been CIPD qualified for over 10 years, and have acquired Psychometric Testing qualifications for both level A & B. I’m also a qualified Coach through the London School of Coaching, coaching individuals at all levels of organisations.
I’ve introduced coaching programmes for managers as part of a Management Development Programmes. I’m also qualified on Prince2 methodology and through the Association of Project Mangers (APM).

I’m really passionate about HR and how it can support an organisation, from recruitment through to change management and development. People are an organisations greatest asset if they are recruited properly, managed effectively and developed to their full potential. It’s easy for organisations to see HR as a blocker to achieving business strategy – I enjoy the challenge of changing that perception, with a practical but innovative approach.

Jacqui led and managed many successful change programmes and improvement initiatives whilst I was both Managing Director of Business Improvement and Director for IT Projects at EDF Energy. The breadth of her experience in change management complimented by many years of HR line management proved invaluable in their delivery. Jaqui’s passion for her subject area and particularly for many improvements in diversity, training and development and performance management within the organisation have left a lasting legacy.
