We’ve recently compiled the findings from our Spotlight on the Employee Engagement Profession research. We spoke to 76 organisations, from a variety of industries and sectors, and found that businesses of all shapes and sizes are continuing to focus on employee engagement. From staff surveys to events and roadshows, it seems engagement really is becoming a key priority in workplaces across the country. That’s a cause for celebration, right?

Although this passion for engagement is fantastic, research from the CIPD, Aon and Quantum shows us that the UK and Worldwide Employee Engagement Index scores are at a standstill. Why aren’t we seeing an improvement in nationwide engagement, when organisations throughout the UK are working hard to engage employees?

Our research uncovered a significant ‘gap’ between employee engagement focus, and employee engagement results in the UK. Why are we still observing this gap, and what can we do to improve employee engagement across the country? Join us at our webinar, hosted by the EEA, to find out.
